Breakfast, of Course (Mary's Too):Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club from Breakfast of Course! (Mary's Too!). BLT with the addition of a fried egg, avocado and some light pesto mayo. Yummy! All of the sandwiches look great. My other half had the Apple Butter Baby and was quite pleased, too. I do recommend deconstructing a bit and mashing the avocado so it doesn't slide all over the place.
